Polite staff, excellent services, and GOOD location just next door to huge waterfall at the side. Large room with a private bathroom. A wide array of products for a satisfactory breakfast. Simply no complaints whatsoever, wonderful stay.

The breakfast was satisfactory with the eggs made on demand, and the pool was well-maintained. The location was good by Karon temple and met expectation.

The family room is excellent and quite spacious.

I loved the pool - the view was really special and the pool was wonderful. Our room was big and spacious with large and comfortable beds. The bathroom was excellent with a good powerful shower and lots of towels, soap and shampoo. I had a wonderful foot massage in the spa. The treatment room was cool and spacious, also with a fabulous view. Staff were all friendly and polite. Dining room very nice, breakfast good, and evening meals good.I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There is not much I didnt like about the hotel. The only thing that was a slight problem was the hot water surges in the shower - I think that happened when someone in another room flushed the loo!

The staff were very friendly, kind to our son and us, caring lovely people. Very informative helpful. Food was lovely at the restaurant.

Excellent base for exploring Karon with attentive staff who can speak and understand English in every shift. Stunning location within walking distance to everything, in a residential area. - Easy walk to Wat Karon.

The room we had was spacious and recently renovated, offering fantastic views through large windows, a bathtub, and the food served here was authentic, with friendly and attentive staff making our stay enjoyable.

The only plus about this hotel is the way the pool looks.Breakfast was decent.

We checked in for the weekend, and did not have hot water for the entire time we were there. The hotel was dirty upon arrival, and we were greeted by ants in our bathroom, and roaches on the balcony. Do not spend the extra for the jacuzzi....it is a concrete hole in the balcony...literally. The bed was hard as a Rock, and the ac cuts off as soon as you leave the room. The location of the hotel is horrible. 15 minute walk from shops ect, and not close to the beach. Also, there are stairs and steep hills that lead you to your room, so if you are not physically fit...not a good idea....especially for luggage transfer!

Good sized rooms with large beds. Wonderful base for vacation in Karon. We had fun in the pool of the hotel.

The hotel in Karon is the perfect choice. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. the location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach. the restaurant is stunning and offers delicious meals for every dining occasion.

The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast along with refreshing drinks during our stay.

The superior room with an in-built jacuzzi was tastefully decorated, which was a nice upgrade, and the location near a main street and a temple was quiet and unbeatable.

The room was amazing with stylish decor, and we loved having such a spacious bathroom in it! 🛁

This place is stunning and clean, the staff is very friendly, the unit is top-notch and new with convenient amenities, there is a beautiful sea view, and the service is attentive.
